Dr. Sprigel is an experienced professional with over twenty years as a psychotherapist and sex therapist. She enjoys her work with couples and individuals on the many issues that confront people today. She deals with very personal and intimate problems in an atmosphere of acceptance and knowledge that people find comfortable and safe. In this way personal goals are more easily achieved.

Dr. Sprigel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is a Certified Sex Therapist and a Diplomate in Sex Therapy with the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). She is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) with the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). She has clinical membership in the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) in addition to membership in California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT). Member of the Society for Advancement of Sexual Health (SASH). As a member of The Soldiers Project (TSP) and Give An Hour (GAH) Dr. Sprigel provides therapy services to the military. Private practice with two offices.
