Carol is a frequent lecturer to the public,
gynecologists, general family practitioners, and the medical and mental health
community through Mountain Area Health and Education Center, on the topic of
Sexuality and Sex Therapy. She has
led continuing education programs, been a featured guest speaker at women’s
conferences, as well as appeared numerous times on radio and television in
California and North Carolina as an expert in Human Sexuality.
Carol’s philosophy about sexuality and relationships is that when sex is going well it impacts the rest of the relationship in a positive way making couples feel fulfilled, contented, and emotionally connected. When sex isn’t working well it can negatively impact the entire relationship making couples feel hurt, angry, rejected, and disconnected. Improving a couple’s sex life, having it become more fun, playful, erotic, even spiritual is Carol’s ultimate goal for couples pursuing therapy.
